In The Beginning...

Well I can hardly believe that I am sitting here writing out my first ever posting (I know, I know...this is so last year) but it's something that I have been contemplating for sometime now. I must say that I have been inspired by several good friends that have blogs and I figure since I have a variety of friends spread throughout this country, this would be a great way to share with them what's going on with me and also vent to unknown when need be.

I must say this whole creation process has made me feel a little old. I mean I can't help but feel a little lost in setting up this blog (what background do I choose, what about colors and fonts, how do I load a picture, add an element?...seriously) and of course I feel a competitive spirit as no one wants to have a "lame" blog.

But as with many things in life, I believe and hope that this will be something that will naturally grow and be enjoyable in the end....

So there you have it...a new blog is born!
